Résumé
This publication contains guidance developed through the OHCHR Accountability and Remedy Project as regards enhancing the effectiveness of State-based non-judicial mechanisms in cases of business-related human rights abuse. It captures lessons from "good practices" with regard to the design and operation of such mechanisms, and relevant legal and policy issues. The guidance focuses on the steps that States can take to improve the effectiveness of State-based non-judicial mechanisms, at both the systemic and individual levels.
