"For performance documents created prior to the entry into force of the present instruction, the performance evaluation shall be conducted and completed in accordance with the procedures described in ST/AI/2021/4. For performance documents created after the entry into force of the present instruction, the present instruction supersedes ST/AI/2021/4."
